Minneapolis-born, world bred singer/songwriter Hannah von der Hoff is original soul folk rock artist 'Holy Hannah!’ Her vignetted musical style speaks to the inception of rock & roll: an amalgam of blues, soul, folk rock roots which remind us authentic, organic songs are still alive and well. Audiences remark her reminiscence of Jimi meets Janice, Bonnie meets Buckley, Sheryl Crow, and Florence & The Machine to name a few, channeling the spirit of the classics in a lense all her own. Once recruited by Lizzo to tour across the states as fellow backup singer for Caroline Smith (Your Smith), Hannah has since focused on her original music career, cutting her teeth on stages across the globe, refining her talent as a performing and recording artist. Her most recent single release ‘Fickle Wind’ is an evocative western landscape inspired by the transient nature of life on the road. Her self-titled album debut is a timeless record; real, raw and soulful like the salt of the earth, captured live to analog tape.
