We are an intimate room with limited seating. This is a first come first serve so please let people know they can come early for small plates, appetizers and cocktails
We can sell tickets at the bar for any show and are open at 3 pm Tues - Sunday
Online/Adv. Tickets sales end at 5pm Day of Show in order to have an accurate door list.
PR PHOTOS / POSTER GRAPHICS
If you are unable to get us graphics - we will use an online stock image
Please share the graphics as JPEG attachments in these three forms:
1) An IG square. 2) An 11” x 17” poster.

* Please note Pike Place Market is a historical landmark- posters are not permitted to be displayed or handbills scattered. There are designated areas that they approve upon request.

Merch.: 100% to artist
Hospitality:
-2 Drink tickets per band member ( well drinks, beer, wine )
-20% off meals/snacks/shareable plates
-Groups with 6 or more, beer and wine will be provided
We do not tolerate drugs, smoking, or underage drinking! A fine will be added if this is not respected.
Backline: Please request no later than 48 hrs prior to the event. We have a four-piece Pearl Export drum kit (no snare or cymbals) There is also a house piano, permissions for this will be case-to-case use only. The piano is tuned every 6 months, if you require it to be tuned prior to your event, you will incur the fees associated with said servicing.
If any of the backline is to be employed, please indicate as much in the stage plots.
There is a $25 deposit for maintenance. You may speak with Robynne about your needs for backline.
If there is damage to the equipment, we will add a damage fee based on a standard. Please respect the gear as we work hard to provide as much ease to the musicians
Audio Recording Services: 48 Hours Notice Required
You may provide your own USB thumb drive to the FOH engineer with 48 hour notice for a board mix recording of your show - FEE: $50
If you wish FOH to send you an audio recording of your show in Drop Box. FEE : $75
Live Stream Option: Requests taken no later than 2 weeks prior to the date of show.
Only available if our house tech is available. FEE $200
Live Photo/Video: Please give at least a 48 hour advance shooting REQUEST of your show to Robynne, Owner/Talent Buyer. This assures that our staff is prepared, should the shooting be approved/confirmed for the day of the show.
If the photographers/videographers are to be admitted on your guest list & exceeds the guest list max, this must be discussed in advance for possible 20% ticket compensation per each crew member.
If you DO NOT wish for any photos or recordings of your performance please let the staff know prior to the day of show.
Load-In: This may vary but typically the sound engineer arrives between 5pm- and 6pm. If extra time is needed there will be an added charge of 30/hr (will depend on the show) The market entrance is closed to cars until 6pm. If your load in date is earlier you will need to get a 30 minute parking pass from us. There is an elevator on 1st Ave near the crumpet shop. This entrance/exit is wheelchair accessible. We may need to call security at the end of the night for the Corner market entrance but that typically takes no longer than 10 min.
Promotion.
Once we have received your confirmed date, lineup, artwork, and ticket pricing, we will share a ticket link with you. We will post on our socials and we will all do our best to get the word out!
We expect the artists to branch out to their fans and friends through various reels and posts on social media, etc. so we can work together to build a great night for you and your guests.
Please remember to invite The Rabbit Box as collaborators on your posts/reels, videos. This allows your original soundtrack/materials to be posted onto our business page.
We will be promoting your show on our website, IG, FB, Ever Out, and Show List Seattle among other platforms. (The upshot is that our efforts will not inherently reach the collective audience of everyone performing without the artists participation)
